I have been so bad at blogging!! So sorry it has taken so long to blog this wonderful couple’s wedding day! Helena and Greg have got to be some of the sweetest and amazing people I have met! I was so honored to be apart of their wonderful day! They had soo many awesome shots that it has taken awhile to reduce the amount of shots to blog. Greg and Helena live in Colorado but came out to Chambersburg, PA to have their wedding since most of their family and friends are there. They had their engagement session (which you can look at here) at The Inn at Ragged Edge. They loved it so much that they decided to get ready before the wedding there also. It is highly recommended and the customer service is amazing!
Here are some shots that I thought should be blogged. I apologize that there are so many!!
You look amazing Helena!!
Helena and Greg did not see each other before the wedding but they did get near each other in several ways. First was behind the door…
Helena didn’t want to get lipstick on the door 🙂
Next he was blind folded and she got to see him but he couldn’t see her. Hmmm, doesn’t seem fair but that is how he wanted it, so its all good 🙂
They had their ceremony at the Penn State Mont Alto Emmanuel Chapel. It was a lovely location and perfect for their wedding ceremony!
I have to say Mark Durniak of Wold Harvest Outreach did an amazing job doing the ceremony! I was very impressed 🙂
Greg surprised Helena with a letter that he wrote for her…
Then, Greg surprised her by singing to her and had his brother play his guitar and his sister play the piano. What a talented family and what an awesome thing to do for his wife!!
This is the letter that Greg read to Helena during the service. What a wonderful keepsake!
The reception took place at Norlo Parks Community Center.
These cupcakes were AMAZING!! Benita Horst who has her own business – Nita Cupcake – made these wonderful cupcakes and cake!!
They say a little rain on your wedding day is good luck but you guys won’t need it! Wonderful couple!! Congratulations Greg and Helena!!
