I have been wanting to do a photo shoot in a field of wheat or barley for quite some time. At sunset the fields glow like reflecting gold. It is the best lighting a photographer could ask for.
Earlier this day it wasn’t looking too promising. A little rain here and there and clouds. I had read the forecast the day before and it wasn’t suppose to rain at all. So, I was trusting that we would be blessed with wonderful sunset lighting. Sure enough, we got what we were waiting for. We loved the sun setting AND the moon brightly shining.
Travis and Noelle Kessler did a wonderful job and were patient with my ideas and saying “just one more”. Thank you both for a wonderful time and probably the best pictures I have taken so far. Also, a special thank you to Windy Knoll Creamery!
